The book orders continue to flow in at a remarkable pace – thank you for being so enthusiastic!
If you haven’t received your book yet, you can be assured that we’re processing all of them as fast as possible. You don’t need to take my word for it, either – here’s one of my colleagues battling the heap of envelopes today!

Thanks. I got mine and just finished reading it. Interesting stuff. Although in my case, you were already preaching to the converted. Not sure what to do with the book now I’ve finished with it… leave it in a cafe? school? surgery? I was trying to work out where might be he most effective. Perhaps amongst the fruit and veg in my local supermarket.
