We need to keep focused since as far as I know this it not the UKIP web site but one for people who want to get value for money for their taxes and reduce the level of taxation whilst maintaining some fairness across society.

To this end I beleive we should be combining forces with nthose liekminded people across the EU and leave the question of EU membership to be faught on other ground.

After 50 of more years of minority government in the UK nobody can claim that the UK is democratic in or our of the EU Nobody can claim that the UK government , whatever its huew and perhaps because of the game of ping pong between the two main parties, had not wasted billions ( US numbers) of taxpayers money on restructiuring the NHS, buying useless weapons on a cost plus basis, building stupid domes, getting into pointless wars etc etc.
Let alone just stealing our money right left and centre.

So the issue is to restrict the ability of politiciansto spemd our money without our say so and to do that we need a much more open and democratic system and we, the people, need to be much more involved on a day to day basis to make sure this happens. Every citizen should devote some time every week to building and maintaining a democracy the only way these theives get away with it is because good people, like us, do nothing but whinge on the sidelines. Act now and teach your children to do so as well, or loose your inheritance forever to the cynical professional politians and thier ex-staasi gohfors

Jamie is just right; we are being ‘Conned’ Left, Right, & Centre!
Just think about this one ……………….. You Know that it’s True! & The Robbers of the E.U. Which now includes Messers; Blair; Brown; Milliband; & that Dim – Wit of a Chancellor of the Exchequer, Darling.
Darling! How dare he call himself that, He’s no Body’s darling but his own!!
As I said just think about this one ….. Which Two Countries has England & the rest of the United Kingdom, been at WAR with Predominently right throughout History???
YES; you are right, FRANCE & GERMANY!!!! They have never been able to beat us in Battle or Warfare, so now they are colluding together to beat us Financially; & to make us the Slaves of Europe!! Slaving to Earn our Pay Packets, (Ha, Ha, Ha!!) so that they can take it from us; Who do you think taught Brown; Blair; Darling; Milliband; & others such as Prescott, to dream up all these devious Stealth Taxes; & under the table Taxes; The Masters in Europe taught them how to do it!!!

The EU has developed itself by stealth over the past forty years, from an agricultural trading block of countries after WW2 into a pseudo democratic super state.
This development has taken place behind closed doors by unelected “politicians” such as Neil Kinock, Glenys Kinock, and others who failed people in their own countries and moved to Brussels to ply their seedy trade.
You only have to look at “Lord” Mandleson, caught out fiddling, discraced, and sent off to Brussels to feather his nest and the future nests of Gordon Brown and Tony Blair, then brought back and given a peerage (why? – what has he done to diserve anything?)

Its no use harping on about a referendum on the Lisbon treaty, or anything else the EU wants to impose, as with the Irish vote (no), they simply wait a short while and hold another one until they get the answer they want (yes)

What is needed is for the public to wake up, and force our politicians to repeal the EU act which would get us out of this federal state overnight which would save us £12billion pa (net) and make life a lot easier.

The “EU“ is a democracy in name only and is increasingly and publicly divesting itself of the last remnants of any democratic disguise it may have donned. I would not for one second doubt that democracy, as academically defined, is an honourable and desirable principle. Unfortunately however I’m finding it scarily and steadily more difficult to detect its presence in our modern societies. In their vehement demands for a free society, I can sense the nearest approximation to a practical democracy in the USA. I confess with great regret, that my beloved homeland Great Britain has been steadily rent of its admirable former democratic practices by successive governments since Heath. Now it has been thoroughly drenched by foreign usurpation to the extent that there now exists a considerable rift between the British people and their governors. Brown’s about turn on Lisbon, the shameful fate of the “metric martyrs“, Eire and “Lisbon“, “regionalisation“ – a few examples of democracy’s demise. We’re fast approaching the poor level of democracy characteristic of the prevailing immature phase of social and political development here in Germany. And here’s yet another point about which we Britons have to be clear: it is becoming increasingly obvious that Germany is harbouring designs of “leadership“ on this continent. Need one say more?

the eu has come into being because of our useless money grabbing hypocritical lying devious self serving stab in the back politicians.blair the war criminal has a lot to answer for & i hope he does not get the eu presidency especially as the only un-elected head of state dictator gordon brown whose illegible error strewn letters highligfht every thing that is wrong about this bully & coward broke his promise to the british people.
just because he was helped to a labour safe seat by two labour traitors jack jones & the other soviet stooge alec kitson he prances around as if he is the best thing since adolf hitler mussolini & chairman mao.
brown & his collaborators are a disgrace for wrecking not only england but the uk in general & selling out to germanys fourth reich.
